Lia’s Wings is a national charity that provides hospital air transfers for children. We are the only aeroplane ambulance charity in the UK and we ensure that babies and critically ill children can receive specialist treatment and care. We are a small charity that does vital work and, as a small charity, partnerships are incredibly important to us. We value shared learning, continued growth, passion and innovation. Our partnerships with NHS transport teams, air ambulance operators and our supporters ensure we can continue to offer the best possible solution for babies and critically ill children, and their families. Your support as a company can help make sure that we never have to say no to a child in urgent need. We work with companies of all shapes and sizes who share a common goal; helping to fulfil life-changing, and life-saving aeroplane ambulance transfers for children.

All our partnerships are created and developed bespoke to each organisation we work with. We align our goals with your companies to create thriving, sustainable partnerships. We have previously led intern projects for companies that want to engage junior staff, have offered hands-on volunteering opportunities for companies that want to be a part of our work and have created virtual, hybrid and in-person mass participation events to bring together employees from across the UK and Europe. We will collaborate with you to build an extraordinary partnership based on shared values and we will work hard to engage your staff at every level of business, to ensure you feel the benefit of partnership working both personally, and professionally.

As a small charity, we can show you where every penny you raise goes, and we pride ourselves on the personal way we steward and thank our partners.
We are proud to have close relationships with the families we fly, and so we are able to provide stories and images that show the impact of your support. We always aim to stay in touch with families long after their air transfer and so we often have updates to share with our partners about how our families are getting on, so you can understand, not just the short-term impact of your support, but the long-term effect you have had on the families we help.

Current Partners
Our long-standing partnership with Houlihan Lokey has been in place since 2018, and we are delighted to have recently surpassed a fundraising total to date with them of over £750,000!
The Impellam Group STEM Brands, Carbon60, SRG and Lorien, raised over £40,000 in their first year partnered with Lia's Wings and are aiming to surpass this in their second year.
Caprinos Pizza has over 100 stores in the UK and over 100,000 customers each year. They use this huge reach to raise funds for our charity and grow vital awareness of our small charity's service.
We couldn’t provide our life-changing service without the support of Pula Aviation Services. Pula Aviation Services is the parent company of Capital Air Ambulance who we work with to fulfil the majority of our air transfers.
Lia's Wings shares a special bond with Atlas FM, having supported their CEO Chris's family during a challenging time. To help more families, Atlas FM is hosting monthly fundraisers, volunteering, donating, and more to support Lia’s Wings’ life-changing work.
Gleacher Shacklock are currently in their second year of supporting Lia's Wings, and we couldn't be prouder. They have plenty of exciting fundraising and volunteering planned to support us in the year ahead.
Thomas’s Fulham has been supporting Lia’s Wings since we tragically lost Lia. Her time at Thomas’s was filled with joy, and she left an unforgettable mark on everyone there. Now, as their official charity partner, we are deeply honoured to work together to create a lasting and meaningful legacy in her memory.
Lia’s Wings is one of Glendower Preparatory School's charity partners this year, selected by a vote from their pupils. This partnership holds special meaning for us, as we directly supported Glendower Prep teacher Jess when her son was born prematurely abroad.
Sports Society’s special connection to Lia’s family inspires their incredible support. Each year, our partnership grows, raising funds and awareness through their amazing community of staff, players and families.
